Andrea Casiraghi and Tatiana Santo Domingo´s Wedding

3 Sep

Colombian heiress Tatiana Santo Domingo and Monaco royal Andrea Casiraghi said their ‘I do’s last Saturday the 31st of August at the Grimaldi Palace in Monte Carlo.

The bride wore a boho-style Missoni V-neck gown, with three-quarter length sleeves, a raffia and silk embroidered bodice and a full-length circle skirt with a macramé effect supported by two layers of silk organza. She accessorised with flat silver sandals and a flower crown in her hair. The groom chose a dark blue suit with a spotted tie and white shirt. For the evening celebration, Tatiana changed into a different Missoni creation with longer sleeves and a different style of lace. She removed her floral headdress and instead accessorised with a pearl-embellished clutch.

The reception was attended by 400 guests including the mother of the groom, Princess Caroline, who wore a stunning knee-length red dress designed by family friend Karl Lagerfeld, the groom´s sister Charlotte Casiraghi, Princess Charlene, Prince Albert, Karl Lagerfeld, the Missoni family (minus Margherita who is due to welcome her first child any day now), Greek shipping heiress Eugenie Niarchos and the bride’s aunt, Lauren Santo Domingo.

The couple have been together for seven years and have five-month-old son Sasha together. They announced their engagement in July 2012.
